Job description

International lottery solution providers Kootac are seeking a world-class CRM Manager with a great track record for hitting targets and driving innovation across departments and company-wide. The successful candidate will be experienced in devising customer contact strategies across multiple channels, and also in building retention programs and maximising customer value.

The CRM Manager’s core role is to develop and oversee the execution of Kootac’s B2C communication strategy. Whilst strategic planning is central to this position, the CRM Manager will also be required to roll up their sleeves and play an active role in campaign creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategy across multiple customer touchpoints; build retention programs with a view to generating long-term customer value and excelling in our CRM KPIs
  • Ensure that all campaign activity has clearly defined objectives, targets and metrics; and that results are systematically recorded and reported promptly
  • Use data and technology to identify and analyze churn patterns, set up proper data segmentation and deliver targeted and personalised CRM messages to segmented audience groups
  • Prepare, track and evaluate CRM messages, and continually improve results
  • Grow Kootac’s customer database
  • Experience with Silverpop (now IBM Marketing Cloud)
  • Extensive experience in the development and delivery of complex, multichannel, International CRM strategies and campaigns, involving e-mail, SMS, app notifications, re-targeting, etc.
  • A deep knowledge of customer segmentation, e-mail marketing technologies and understanding of how messaging can drive customer behaviour and experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills including a high level of written and spoken English
  • Proven experience of building successful loyalty-generating programs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • A basic level of HTML build skills for Email

SEO Manager

Job description

We are seeking an SEO expert to manage our search engine optimization activities, including link building, keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, content strategy, etc. This work will target all major search networks.

SEO Manager will play a critical role in defining the strategies and processes we implement to drive continued growth. He/she will work cross-functionally to guide internal teams as to how efficiently and effectively incorporate best practices into their existing work streams, as well as providing recommendations and insights to further enhance our overarching marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keyword research, monitoring and reporting on keyword rankings; competitor activity tracking and analysis
  • Balance the needs and objectives of technical SEO requirements with those of UX, Product Management, Social Media/Marketing, Engineering and Content teams to maximize overall traffic of our web properties, thus increasing revenue and brand awareness
  • Create and optimize website copy, landing pages, on-page elements, meta tags, and other factors to ensure state-of-the-art on-site and off-site SEO execution for all targeted search engines
  • Define, implement and test strategies to increase conversion rates against key objectives across web properties
  • Track, analyze and regularly provide succinct reporting on the SEO health (ROI, keyword rankings, etc.) of our websites in relation to each targeted search engine
  • Educate members of the marketing team to ensure they are aware of and are acting according to SEO best practice in their day-to-day work; maintain internal SEO best practices documentation
  • Leverage licensed SEO applications and internal automation tools (link checkers, crawlers, redirect validation) to ensure smooth product releases and ongoing SEO optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience with tangible results; ideally in a global e- environment relating to the gaming industry
  • Data driven analytic and highly analytical problem solver with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Raven Tools, Moz Analytics, Buzzstream, and other analytics tools and SEO resources
  • Subject matter expert in marketing, digital / social media analytics, business planning or similar role
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments; keyword and page rank analysis; PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Bing and Social Media
  • Excellent team work, project management and leadership skills; the ability to think strategically and act tactically
  • Ability to approach work with high energy and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, New Media or other related discipline would be an asset
  • Can recite the dates of panda, penguin, pigeon and hummingbird updates faster than his/her birthday

Affiliate Manager

Job description

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new channels of traffic and negotiate deals with new and existing partners.

This person must have an analytical mind and understand ROI optimization in acquisition deal negotiations in order to ensure Kootac’s activities at all times are commercially viable.

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities to drive profitable traffic to our sites
  • Maintaining lasting and effective relationships with existing affiliates; identifying and recruiting new ones
  • Enhancing the organisation’s affiliate promotions and overarching program to drive acquisition, retention and gaming revenue
  • Proposing new business development initiatives
  • Working with the team to build targeted promotions, optimize top class ROI and persistently increase the success of all online marketing activity (Affiliates, Behavioral Retargeting, SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising)
  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting on affiliate sales, campaigns and competitors’ affiliate activity
  • Keeping affiliates up to date on upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities
  • An in-depth understanding of the online gaming industry, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience and a proven track record in delivering traffic through effective digital marketing strategy
  • Excellent understanding of display advertising and search engine marketing as well as campaign planning, optimization and cost management
  • Highly analytical approach with an excellent understanding of Excel and data manipulation, and a natural ability to identify risks and opportunities
  • Superb communication with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to forge lasting and effective relationships with third party agencies and media owners
  • Strong focus on delivery, attention to detail, creative thinking
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German or Russian will be an asset
  • Academic background in Marketing and affiliate network portfolio are considered an asset
